The brief
A sole-trader electrician wants customers to see what he does, trust that he's qualified, and call or send a job request in under a minute — mostly from their phones.
The approach
- Phone number and quote button always within thumb reach on mobile.
- Services written the way customers search for them: 'fuse box replacement', not 'consumer unit upgrades'.
- Bold, high-contrast type so it reads well outdoors on a bright screen.
